SHARE YOUR PROJECT ON GOOGLE DOCS

LEARNING TARGET: I can turn in work using Google Docs.

1. Log on to your student email: http://henry.mpls.k12.mn.us/students
2. Click on the word ‘DRIVE’ in the black bar at the top of your screen.
3. Click the upward pointing red arrow on the left of the screen, then click on ‘FILES’.
4. Find your .jpg file, click on it, then click the ‘OPEN’ button.
5. A window will pop up. After the file uploads, click on the word ‘SHARE’.
6. Type kely.wakely@mpls.k12.mn.us in the ‘INVITE PEOPLE’ area.
7. Uncheck the ‘NOTIFY PEOPLE VIA EMAIL’ box.
8. Click ‘SHARE AND SAVE’
9. Say ‘OK’ to ‘SKIP SENDING INVITIATIONS?’
10. Click ‘DONE.”
